Legal
Privacy Policy
Corpvance("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
1. Information We Collect
When you contact us, hire us, or use this website, we may collect:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Project details and business requirements
- Payment information (processed through secure third-party providers)
- Job applications: your name, email, LinkedIn profile, location, links to your work, and your answers to the application questions
- Messages you send to Vance, the AI assistant on this website
- Website usage data: pages visited, links clicked, browser and device type, referring website, IP address, and approximate location
- Interaction events such as a booking click, a confirmed booking in an embedded calendar, opening chat, an email or phone click, and a submitted job application. These events record a category such as email, phone, page, or chat, and the job role slug after a successful application. They do not include your name, email address, phone number, form answers, or search text.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver our services (AI, SaaS, mobile apps, Web3, automation)
- To communicate with you about your project
- To process payments and send invoices
- To review job applications and contact applicants
- To answer questions sent to Vance
- To measure how the website is used, such as which pages lead to booked calls, and to improve our website and services
- To understand which organizations visit our website, for business development
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run parts of this website and our business for us: Vercel (website hosting), Google (Google Analytics, and Google Sheets for job applications), Apollo.io (identifying the organizations that visit our website), Calendly (call scheduling), our chat service and the AI model provider that powers Vance, and payment providers
- Legal authorities if required by law
Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy. When you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter on its booking page.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website uses:
- Google Analytics (measurement ID G-KR8Q2TCYML) cookies, to measure pages and the interaction events described above
- The Apollo.io website tracker, which uses cookies and your IP address to associate a visit with a company so our team can follow up on a sales conversation
- Browser storage on your device: a saved draft of a job application until you submit it or clear it, a referral tag naming the Corpvance team member who shared a link (kept for up to 90 days, and it contains no information about you), and short-lived navigation state
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking these scripts does not stop you from reading the site, emailing us, or booking a call.
5. AI Assistant
Messages you send to Vance go to our chat service, and to the AI model provider that powers it, so that Vance can reply. Do not share passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information in the chat.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, or object to our use of it, by contacting us at team@corpvance.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The updated version will always be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
