AI Strategy
We connect AI work to real operational problems and write down where it is worth using and where it is not.
Services
Corpvance is an AI consulting firm that also builds what it recommends. We help you choose the workflow worth automating, check whether your data can support it, test vendor claims, and write a plan for a pilot. For example, we built 818 Digital, a conversational workspace that cut context switching by 65-70%.

Comparing candidate workflows by value, data, risk, and effort, so the first project has a real chance of being used.
Finding out where the data lives, how clean it is, and who can access it before anyone commits to a build.
Testing AI products and proposals against your use case, your permissions, and your running costs.
Deciding what the AI may do alone, what a person must approve, and how you will know when it is wrong.
Use-case selection, data checks, vendor reviews, and pilot plans from a team that builds production AI systems.

We rank candidate workflows by value, data, risk, and effort, so the first project is one people will use.
We check where your data lives, how clean it is, and who can access it before anyone commits to a build.
We test AI products and proposals against your use case, your permission rules, and your likely running costs.
We scope one pilot with named users, real data, success measures, and a clear decision at the end.
The workflows worth pursuing, the ones to skip, and the reasons for each.
What your data can and cannot support today, and what to fix first.
A clear recommendation for each use case, including when an existing product is enough.
The expected build effort and the monthly model and hosting costs, with the assumptions written down.
One scoped pilot with its users, data, success measures, and a decision point at the end.
Access rules, human review points, and how outputs will be evaluated.
From an open question about AI to a written plan and a scoped pilot.
We learn which workflows you are considering and what is pushing the AI decision now.
We look at how the work happens today and what data and systems it depends on.
We rank the use cases and advise whether to build, buy, wait, or leave each one alone.
We write the plan for the first pilot, ready for your team, another vendor, or ours to run.
We bring product strategy, security standards, and engineering discipline to regulated and high-stakes industries.
Secure platforms, data systems, and automation that support lending, payments, reporting, and regulated operations.
Inventory, customer, and store systems that improve fulfillment, personalization, and operational visibility.
Clinical and operational software designed around privacy, reliability, and care-team workflows.
Tracking, forecasting, and document workflows that reduce manual handoffs across shipping and procurement.
Claims, underwriting, and customer portals with clearer data flow and stronger process controls.

Practical answers about scoping, delivery, integration, risk, and ongoing ownership.
An AI consultant helps you decide where AI is worth using, whether your data can support it, and how to test it safely. At Corpvance, that work ends in a written plan: ranked use cases, data findings, a build, buy, or wait recommendation, and a scoped pilot.
Hire a consultant when you are still choosing the workflow, unsure about your data, or sorting vendor claims. Hire a developer when the user, the data, and the action are already clear. Corpvance does both, so you can start with advice and move to a build only if the plan supports one.
Yes. Advisory work is a separate engagement, and the plan is written so your own team or another vendor can carry it out.
No. Sometimes the right answer is an existing product, a simpler automation, or fixing the data first. The plan will say so when that is the case.
Usually a sample and a description of where the data lives are enough to start. We agree on what we can access, and how, before the review begins.
You decide. You can run the pilot with your own team, take the plan to another vendor, or have Corpvance build it. Client code and intellectual property stay with the client if we do build.
