Services

Cloud consulting for teams deciding what to move, fix, or cut.

Corpvance provides cloud consulting for teams whose hosting is costly, fragile, or hard to change. We review your AWS, GCP, or Vercel setup, find where money and reliability are lost, and write a migration or cost plan you can act on. You can run that plan with your own team, or have ours deliver it.

Where Cloud Consulting Helps

Useful when the cloud bill, an outage, or a migration forces a decision.

01

Understanding the bill

Tracing what you pay for, which services drive the cost, and what can be reduced without adding risk.

02

Deciding whether to migrate

Comparing moving, staying, or changing only part of the setup, including the costs teams tend to forget.

03

Finding reliability risks

Looking for single points of failure, untested backups, and gaps in monitoring before they cause an outage.

04

Making releases safer

Reviewing how code reaches production, and what should be automated or defined as code first.

Capabilities

Cloud consulting that gives you a plan before you move or spend more.

Architecture reviews, migration planning, and cost reviews from engineers who also run cloud migrations.

01

Cloud Strategy

We help you decide what belongs in the cloud, on which platform, and how much complexity your team can run.

02

Migration Planning

We map what moves, in what order, how it is tested on a copy of production data, and how to roll back.

03

Cloud Cost Reviews

We trace what drives your bill and list the changes worth making, with the assumptions written down.

04

Architecture Reviews

We look for single points of failure, weak backups, and gaps in monitoring before they cause an outage.

05

DevOps Reviews

We review how code reaches production and advise what to automate or define as code first.

What You Receive

A written cloud plan your team can act on.

Architecture summary

A clear map of your current environments, services, and dependencies.

Cost findings

Where the spend goes and which changes are worth making, with the assumptions written down.

Risk list

Reliability and security gaps, ranked by how much they matter.

Migration plan

If a move makes sense: what moves, in what order, how it is tested, and how to roll back.

Target architecture

A recommended setup that matches your team's size and ability to run it.

Our Process

Delivery methodology

From a review of your current setup to a written cloud plan.

  1. 01

    Intro Call

We learn what is driving the review: the bill, an outage, a migration, or a growth plan.

  2. 02

    Environment Review

We go through your accounts, architecture, costs, monitoring, and release process.

  3. 03

    Recommendation

We write up the findings, the options, and the changes we recommend, in priority order.

  4. 04

    Handover

We walk your team through the plan, so you can run it yourselves or with any vendor, including us.

FAQ

Cloud Consulting questions

Practical answers about scoping, delivery, integration, risk, and ongoing ownership.

01What does a cloud consultant do?

A cloud consultant reviews how your systems run, what they cost, and where they are at risk, then advises what to change. Corpvance delivers this as a written plan covering architecture, cost, reliability, and migration where a move makes sense.

02Which cloud platforms do you consult on?

We work mainly with AWS, GCP, and Vercel. If you use something else, tell us on the first call and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

03Can you review our cloud costs without doing a migration?

Yes. A cost review can stand on its own. It shows what drives your bill and which changes are worth making, and a migration is only recommended if the numbers and the risks support it.

04What access do you need to review our setup?

Read-only access is normally enough for a review, along with billing data and your architecture documents. We agree on the access before starting, and it can be removed as soon as the review ends.

05Can your team carry out the plan?

Yes, through our cloud and infrastructure service, but you do not have to. The plan is written so your own team or another vendor can carry it out.

Have a technology initiative worth taking into production?

Work directly with senior product engineers to design, build, and deploy secure production systems.
