Rohan works across the full depth of an AI product - prompt design and retrieval quality at one end, the API layer and user interface at the other. He has shipped eleven production AI systems, spanning conversational assistants, document-grounded retrieval, and agents that coordinate several external tools behind a single request.
He leads engineering teams, runs technical interviews, and translates business requirements into scoped, buildable work. Much of his time goes to the part teams underestimate: making a model behave predictably under real traffic, real data, and real cost constraints.
